Our allyship training workshops equip students with diversity education and communication skills earlier in their professional development, empowering them to make a significant positive impact in their communities, social circles, and future workplaces.
Drawing from decades of psychological research, we teach our participants the foundational skills needed to be a “healthy ally,” allowing them to shift their own thoughts and behaviors over a long period of time, filling gaps left by implicit bias training and mainstream diversity, equity, and inclusion workshops.
Our goal is to create a world where everyone is a healthy ally, regardless of the environment!
